for the readers that scratch their heads over the warr. issue/question.

Yes, you are in good shape with the CPO; good for you.

I did the one year Maint Ext., and used it for front brake pads, rotors,
water pump, coolant change, etc. It paid for itself, as I suspect your
maint. extension will too.

I don't see how adding an additional warr. coverage, on top of your
exisitng CPO coverage is a benefit...and, from my memory of Warranty
Direct, they won't write if you still have a warranty. And, I know of no
co. that puts out coverage past 100k.
