Lowpost - just to expand a little on the memory issue, there is an option where you can have the key programmed to a memory setting. What is happening is you are setting your adjustments in the car, but the next time you unlock the vehicle with that key, it is readjusting the settings to what the key was programmed for by the previous owner.
You will definitely have to have the key reprogrammed to keep your own personal settings.
