This could happen as they seem to do some funky stuff. E60 5ers have NV as an option. so why not X5?! You can't do Euro delivery and make a dealership install it for you while you are there. I did pay for an oil change while on Euro delivery and BMW mandated it on my E46 M3, a few bucks no problem. But no Euro delivery, so no go if they came up with some goofy or psdudo legal reason.
