We all know the American car companies have a lot of improving to do but stating you'll never buy another one???? Isn't that a bit harsh?? I would love for GM and the others to get their act together and produce attractive, reliable, fun to drive vehicles.... I had very bad experiences with American cars - not only reliability but the car maker not standing behind their product (specifically Chrysler). I don't have a problem going back and forth to the dealer, I meticulously maintain my vehicles. I DO have a problem when they refuse to step up to the plate when I clearly got a defective product.
Maybe never was too strong a word. Should they get their acts together again, I might. It will be a hard sell.
