i also see that unless one is willing to plunk down a lot of cash, the direct drive turntable motors will transfer the vibrations through the drive shaft to the turntable to the stylus arm and will not sound so clean. A lot of damping is required and this translates to a lot of $$$$. I am this close to ordering the Denon unless someone stops me.
