I'm not sure if v27 allows bird's view. I think v27.1 did, and I am sure V28 does.
In any case you have first to enter the service mode menu and enable "perspective" view (it is called "panorama" in the Spanish version).
After that you will find a new "perspective" option in the user menu, together with "North up" and "Vehicle heading up" options you already have.
To enter the service mode menu go to the main menu and select and enter the "set" option. Then press the "menu" key continuously until the service mode menu appears (it will take some 10 seconds or more).
Once in the service mode scroll down past the last option into the second screen. In my car the "perspective" option is the first (and only option) in the second screen.
