The war in Afganistan was just and right.

Look, the war in Iraq was a HUGE MISTAKE. I knew this going in. All I could think was nooooooo... That said, we are where we are and the stakes are way too high to bail out now.

The only way we are going to truly create peace there is by brute force. That is all these people understand. We need 300,000 more troops in there to lock the place down. You can't just give people freedom all at once after they have lived under an iron fist.

We should have sent more troops like 3 years ago. Bush unfortunately was too fricken pig headed and one sided to understand that he may not be right. Now, finally he has admitted it, too little too late.
