Has she dropped hints as to what she would like? Or just flat out ask her and just surprise her with the dinner. A romantic place to go is Melisse here on the Westside, but it is on the expensive side. You can always give her a pearl necklace if she doesn't like what you give her. They always seem to like that. And if she does tie you to the front of my X, I'll try not to go too fast as I don't want the hail to pelt you too badly.
