Ok, so my brother insists on keeping his 130k mile old Dodge Caravan. I was just driving it for a while and I noticed no tire grip. When we got out, I checked and saw the tires were dead. He says he wants to go to Costco and get tires for 400 there. I said no. Since I don't know what kind of tires are best, I am asking you... It is a van , FWD, and he lives in Pennsylvania. So, there is some snow,, but not really anymore. He want good tires that are all season tires for under $1000. Thanks for the help!!
