Navigation Retrofit '02 X5 3.0i

Alright, so originally I was going to go the Nav Retrofit route and then saw the AVIC-Z1 unit.

I was all set for this until I looked again, and rode in my boss' car that has the OEM 16:9 monitor, and decided I was sold. I really like the OEM look, and also the functionality of CarX that interfaces with I-Bus.

Currently my X5 has a regular in-dash business CD and radio. I also believe I have High OBC from some kind people in the E53 forum on this site. I do not have a CD changer or anything else in the rear side kick panels.

Here is what I think I need, can someone please spot check and let me know if I am missing anything?

1.) 16:9 Monitor for either E38, E46, or E53.
2.) E53 Bezel/surround for 16:9 monitor
3.) MK4 Navigation Computer
3.) Onboard Monitor Retro Fit Cable Part Number 61 12 0 029 451
4.) GPS Antenna

Questions:

Is the part number for the Onboard Monitor Retro fit cable correct? (61 12 0 029 451)

There are a bunch of antenna connectors, harness connectors, etc I am unsure about. I have read J. Puma's excellent article on the main page, however am unsure regarding what components are already in the system etc?

Additionally one point I am unclear of, because I am removing the business CD player and Radio unit, do I need to purchase a Radio unit? If so how much do they typically go for and are they available on Ebay?

I am a big DIY'er and I realize how big of an undertaking this will be, but it will be a fun project.

I also plan on adding a CD changer, ipod connector, sirius, and bluetooth, but will save that post for another day hah.

I would probably pick up the Nav Unit, Monitor, and Bezel on Ebay.

Thanks for any pointers anyone can provide
