I've had Progressive for about 2 years now. I really can't comment however as I have (knock on wood) never had to do anything but pay the premiums.

I called Geico for a quote also. The wouldn't give me the same coverage (maximums) as Progressive. The 50/100/50 seems pretty basic though.
