Doing that certainly does not help our popularity over there. Baghdad is a city with 8 million people. Same size as New York City. So yes, there is traffic there. How would you feel if a country we did not like (let's say Iran, or China) had tanks rolling through the streets of New York, and if you were in the way stuck in traffic, they simply bumped you and your X5 off the road? I certainly would not be happy about it.
