cuz we don't aim for military installations we blow up malls, buss stations, markets and mosques basically as a country we want to kill as many people that are totally innocent as possible just like suicide bombers...although saddam did put women and children into his military barracks in the first Iraq war knowing we would attack military installations that can hardly be construed as the same thing since thier "leader" forced them into harms way to protect his military installations, and it was not known that he did this unitl AFTER the bombs had been dropped
