Wpcmac is on a distinguished road
I ordered a 335 sedan a month ago and was only able to get 1% off MSRP. The demand is just too high to work off invoice like normal. Most 335s (coupe and sedan) are back ordered for months.

Mine loaded was 49k, w/ 15k for 36 mon lease , 1k down (plus security & 1st payment) is running 650 - 700 /mon depending on what MF I can negotiate. (Buy rate = .00150 - BMWFS asking .00205).

BMWFS has a multiple security deposit program that allows for up to 7 security deposits which will reduce your MF by .00007 each. You have to compare what return you can get on your money invested over your lease term to the payment reduction to decide if it's worth it for you or not. Here's a link that might help.
