Crosvs - I am guessing you are not around our gov't very much. There are lots of good people working there, doing their best. My Dad, unlike your PhD father, has worked for the government for 30 years, and is as honest of a man as they come.

That's why everyone dropped out of this thread. You and Eric can intellectually circle jerk each other, you can bounce this crap off your PhD dad (who tells you how to read the newspaper, no less), and the rest of us will move on with our lives. And, some of us will go on appreciating the work that some good, honest, hard-working middle class people do on our behalf.
