just different regulations
you have 4 wheel men
2 fuel men
front and rear lift operators
helmet wipe down
telemetry hookup
and the two aero plane adjusters
and the air filler for the penumatic valves on the motors
hence the reason a pit stop takes 6 seconds which includes tweaking aero, changing engine perameters, fuel, tires, filling the air tank for the penumatic valves instead of 13 for tires and fuel
