SMSC Centre is the SMS message centre that your mobile service provide specifices. Look it up on your cellphone.

SMS number is the number to send the emergency call text messages to
Cust Service is the number to call BMW customer service (voice call I think)

Once you have the SMSC centre number set, you can ender the SMS number of a friends cellphone and send him the text message. Try it!
