Michelle & Wagner, the colt had a heart of gold. He did have a very severe fracture, however, he was in excellent hands at the NBC. Hindsight is very easy.

Actually, Barbaro's owners are very kind people who cared for this colt tremendously. The whole team is shattered currently, that is how much time and dedication they put in the care of this patient.

What was courageous, however, was their decision yesterday to perform humane euthanasia following the teams immense dedication to Barbaro.
