Imo, it won't "matter" much to most households here in the states:

A large percentage of the homes don't have an HD feed, many buy
an HD TV and don't have the feed, etc., etc., many say screw it,
we are watching Am Idol and the local crap news on our 10 yr
old CRT TV...

A couple thousand first adoptors maybe waiting for the next new
thing, but HD hasn't even penetrated the homes of US. And, the
BluRay vs HD DVD arm wrestle just reinforces the "let's wait" 'tude
on most consumers minds.

I suspect we forget that a majority of the third of a billion pop.
in the US are not "broad banded, HD'd, BlueToothed, BMW'd," etc.
My Qtr's up and jes' my opin.

No need to "wait" for the next new thing...
