I have had great luck with the service dept at Hendrick for all general service. However, they are not X5 experts when it comes to add-ons, performance mods, etc. But they will stay with an issue and get it solved. They try very hard to please the customer and that means a lot. I only wish they would move off of Independence Blvd, out of crack-ville, and away from all that traffic.
