44 and loving life! For all of you young X5 owners out there, don't take what you have for granted. Most of you young X owners were given what you have by your parents and didn't have to work or sacrifice like most of us have. Feel fortunate that you get to experience the joys of driving a great car even if you didn't earn it. Sure, it would've been great to have my parents give me any kind of car when I was young but I had to work hard and save just to buy a rust-bucket. After 23 years of serving in the Air Force and gaining that experience I was offered a great civilian job in the anti-terrorism field. Now I feel I really deserved my brand new X and really appreciate what a great car it is. I hope you young owners don't have the attitude that you are better than that person that drives the Chevy Cavalier that earned his car. Just appreciate what you're driving and keep in mind that very few have been given what you were without earning it. I will never take anything in this life for granted, even my X5 and I hope you young owners never do either.
