I'm using the Zinnser DIF stuff....works great. I strip the top layer first, then use a scoring tool to score the backing, then apply DIF twice in 15 min intervals...and then scrape...and scrape...and scrape...and oh did I mention scraping??
Two walls took me 5 hours yesterday...but they are pretty darn free from any type of wallpaper paste. That stuff just lingers on your walls.
