It should be "No wheel CAN exceed the fender" haha I dont know what i meant by 1" inch from the top... Basically, its about 1.25" front the tire/rim to the fender. I think 20mm is going to do the trick. Wheel CAN exceed the fender if you wan to go that wide. Theres no CANTS, anything is possible depending on ones taste. Theres someone on this board running 30mm spacers and his tires seem to stick a lil past the fender if not right under it.
