The price is a little high. Some states (like CA) have a ton of vehicles out there, and usually you can find better deals. In other states, (like OH), there might be 2 cars to choose from in a year.
It's all a money game, if they said they'd sell it to him CPO for $52k and gave him 20.5 for his trade would say that's an ok deal? They're adding money to his trade in order to make the deal where they want it.
According to
www.galves.com, the car you're looking at wholesales for $45ish, so you're definitely not going to get it down below $50k CPO, because the dealer probably had to put tires, brakes, and the warranty on it.
I don't think you'll do much better than another grand or two with this one. If you like it, and you can afford it, feed your need

If you overbuy, heck, you just kept the values up for the rest of us.
