On downwind approach, place flaps into first position, you should be anywhere from .5 to 1 mile from center line of runway. Once the end of the runway is at approx the 7 or 8 o'clock position turn plane left 90 degrees. This is the cross wind portion, place flaps into second position. Once the end of the runway is slightly ahead of the nose of the aircraft turn left 90 degrees again. You are now on the final leg of your approach. Place flaps into 3rd position and while using throttle and attitude, get the plane into approach speed. As the plane gets closer to the ground you will have to continually adjust throttle and attitude to maintain speed. Once you are close enough to the ground JUMP OUT AND RUN LIKE HELL BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO DIE OTHERWISE!!!
