It's come up before. You'd have to get somebody handier than me to do it. Plus, I'd end up with a S2000 with a Toyota motor.
Seriously, it's borderline impossible since the F20 is designed for longitudinal application with a longitudinal gearbox. I don't know if anyone has figured out a transverse application. The K20 engine and gearbox fit well (better than the Toyota lump, so I hear), and the motor responds well to FI, so probably good enough.
As is the car is quick enough, but it's a shame about the 2ZZ. The cam change is pretty harsh, it's gutless below that, and there's not enough headroom above the change-over to keep it in the power (especially on the 2-3) which can be a pain on track. For a long time Honda fan it's definitely a "con."
