I assume the "air suspension" is adjustable ride height (there is a button lower left of the steering wheel). I have it and only use it to lower the car when I pick my grandma up. When I lived in the cold I would raise it to clear the snow in the driveway. It goes back to stock height at a certain speed - something like 25 or 30mph.

I would get the 2004 if you can afford it - I have the '03 and would love to trade it for an '04. To me the sunroof alone makes it worth it!
