I've used one for 20 years. It isn't rocket science...
pick your poison: backpack or hand held gas powered
or, electrically driven.

Almost any of the electric cheapies at Lowes/HD will blow
with enough velocity to really sweep most of the water.
Follow with some soft cotton towels or microfiber and
ya'll ready for some Zaino.

I've used my RedMax backpack gas blower on my cars
and M'cycles for decades. Works great.

And, for the obsessed purists that might pour outta the
woodwork and predict that you'll toss a rock at car,
I've never had it happen. Urban myth, stupidity, bad luck
or some of the above.
