Devices with big phone books will transfer if you follow instructions. My 700P has space for more than 1000 contacts and i suppose if i configure my phone properly and the X has the space they would all load.  OBTW they do work.

My Treo 700W actually transfers my favorites and they show up on the radio/display but they don't work.
