The last time I ate at Taco Bell was an experience I will probably never forget...
I'm passing by on my way home from work and notice these big poster-size signs in the windows advertising a sale. I forget the details now, but I think if you purchased a few Tacos, you got a few free.
So I stop and go in figuring to take advantage of the sale. So I go up to the register and tell the guy I want the special as I point to the big sign which is on the wall 5 feet from his head. And he looks at me, then looks at the sign, and then proceeds to stare at his register for the next 2 minutes as if he has no idea what to do. So finally, he calls over another employee and the two of them take turns looking at eachother and looking at the register. Then the manager comes over and joins them. After about 5 minutes, they figure out what needs to be pressed on the register and they proceed to ring up my sale. Well, the amount they say I owe is obviously wrong. I think they charged me for the free ones. So I proceeded to argue, but they insisted. So I just left, and haven't been back since.
I guess this experience alone confirms my support for things such as welfare. The people working at this place had no business having a job of any kind as they are simply too stupid to work.
