If I'm not mistaken, the dealer can/has to set this.
Did they give you a form to fill out prior to delivery, where you got to pick how everything was set? (key memory, window settings, etc)
If not, get with your salesman - he might do it for free since they didn't at the time of the sale (like they're supposed to).
