- Officially, the NSX was the first vehicle to be produced with variable valve+lift timing.
- h22s putting down 400whp is turboed, at 11psi. My bad for forgetting that part. This is on pump gas, w/o nos. Most of these Hondas use Hondata, its a piggyback system like a vafc. the standalone options are like aem ems, crome, etc, but ones like the EMS are easily 1k+ even if you get a good deal, and that doesnt include tuning+dyno time.
- I should mention that Honda motors were meant to be NA. One example, rather unusual is an h22 powered 4 door accord, slightly bored and stroked to 2.4L running 12.5's. Full interior. People put stock h22s in the civics and run 13s all day.
