Even worse if it's a Buick Century going 45 mph on the highway in the left lane with their left turning signal on
Actually, a lot of people do that in Canada, which was the one thing that annoyed me about their driving. It was snowing a good clip during the day, but they just used their DRLs. Trying to see where their taillghts were was a challenge in the snow and road spray.

Even worse than what you mentioned above........the reason I applaud people for using their headlight correctly: People with DRLs, and even those who dont have them, will drive at night without headlights, making it downright dangerous. Part of the reason are those electrolumscent gauge clusters in more and more cars that always light up (like the ones in my Lexus)............they make you forget about turning on your headlights. With most cars like BMW, if you don't turn on your lights, you'll realize "hey, my entire instrument cluster is black. Gotta turn on the headlights".
