I also think that if they have a problem with the file swappers then go after the file swappers. If I am paying for a cd, then I have the right to listen to the music on my iPod. If people let the music industry walk all over their rights as consumers then the music industry will continue to do so. I will not purchase any more Dave Matthews music if they (or the Sony if thats there label) will limit how I can listen to the music I purchased. This is the same reason I will not purchase the new Coldplay album.
