Not at the expense of the consumer who spends money on the music industries product. Why give up our rights? If the music industry as we currently knows it does not survive then something else will crop up to replace it. Things always do.
I believe that a big part of the film industries problem is the cost of going to a movie. $10.25 per ticket, before any snacks, is way too much money.
