67 in a 35?, yes, you were lucky not to get a reckless driving ticket...
Got to ask, if you were really going 67 in a 35, why not just pay the fine and be done with it? At any rate, $220.00 sounds like a good price, that would cost you $327.00 in my neck of the woods.
