There is the link(s) method of going out and hammering them vs.
the drive "normally", avoid panic stops, etc.
Almost polarized in terms of methods.
From memory, the last thread on this posited how no new car,
with its new brakes, goes through the more extreme method
that the zeckhausen, et al. links prescribe. That made some sense
to me, esp. when "oem" style R&R parts are used vs. aftermarket
stuff.
I did do the harder version when I got new oem style rotors and
pads, but not sure it offered any noticeable benefit then, or
12K miles later.
