Agree with MD that you will get lots of opinions and arm wrestles.

This is just my opinion, for what it is worth.

At that low mileage, and assuming you are under the maintenance plan, they will be OEM parts. No specific break-in required, IMO, just apply them firmly several times to ensure they are seated.

The break-in procedures described in Zeckhausen's site work well, and I have used them, but they are intended for pads such as Axxis Deluxe that have not been manufactured the same way as the OEM pads. It relates to the curing process for the pad material, and the temperature that the pad materials must reach. There are articles around that talk about OEM pad material and how it is pre-treated to eliminate the need for bedding in.
