Bobby, from your description it sounds like the official BMW "2OP" deal...
price is "good" but remember you will be getting a 2 year CPO-like
warranty.

If it's some aftermkt deal, do some homework.

If it's the official BMW deal, read the deal again: it is not
"5 years/100K miles". It is 2 years from end of orig oem
warranty or 100K miles total odo, whichever comes up first.

This question comes around on the jukebox weekly: either
the potential buyers are not paying attention to the specifics
or, your basic BMW stlr is lying or misleading the details.

Is it a good deal? Your call...I would not own one of these
beasts w/out some kind of warr. coverage. Is it worth $1500
per year for that two year coverage? Dunno...your pick.

From the Front Page of X5World site,
General Info Section, #13...
note MSRP was 3300. Some dlrs try to get
more, yours is making you think you are
getting a "deal."
