If his kids went to the private school, got the education, then his debt (morally) should not be excluded.
Why should the other families have to subsidize his kids "PRIVATE" education. Do they not have public schools in the area?

-- I know this is not the answer your looking for. You are looking for a legal answer about student loans or enrollment agreement. You are looking for someone to say that he is not legally obligated to reconcile his debt to the school.

Either way, you wanna play, you gotta pay. Teachers and books ain't free ya know ! And their child was taking up a space that could have been occupied by a scholarship child or someone from the "inner-city".
