I just bought a $70K 2004 3.0 Sport X5, the car cannot be faulted and has been checked out as A1 condition. However the service indicator is on red with the second oil change needed, during the test drive and negotiation this was an item that "would be taken care off". In reality what happened was, I was told the AHG warranty didn't apply to European cars (this was not clear in the documentation and website), the oil service would be done if I bought the Platinum Warranty at $2450, but I am eligible for the roadside assistance.
