Window coverings, huge expense, plan this one out. I had to cover 16 windows, most double wide.

shelving for storage areas
painting supplies? (are you painting before you move in?)
rugs?
new furniture
light fixtures
wall hangings
patio furniture
pots/pans/daily use silverware
dishes
appliances? clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, grill, fridge, microwave
