I cannot find a detailed documentation on this specific Clarion model but what I found seems to indicate that it has both high level and low level inputs which in such a case would NOT NEED you to use a LOC. You can connect directly 5/6 and 11/12 to the high level (speaker level) inputs of your sub amp. As I could not find any documentation on this sub amp I am not sure what connector format it uses for high level input. Sometime the high level and low level inputs are physically separated. Normally low level inputs are RCA connections while high level are not. But on some other amps high and low level inputs use the same connectors and there is a switch that you need to set to indicate if you want to use high versus low inputs. I also found out that it was bridgeable so, since you want to use it to feed one single subwoofer you will have to bridge it. You should have 2 channels outputs on this amp, + & - left channel and + & - right channel. To bridge the amp just connect your sub woofer speaker + to the left channel + connector of your sub amp and the speaker – to the right channel + connector of your sub amp. The sub amp constant +12v need to be obtained from the battery. The remote +12v for the sub amp can be obtained from the pin 2 (normally white wire) out of the 12pins stock amp connector. I strongly suggest that you use a voltmeter to check the + 12v wires.
