DSG is a rumor that has been floating around the internet, but as JAN states, most likely the 6-speed manual will come out first (BMW learned their lesson re: M5/M6 SMG-only option) and hopefully BMW will get thier first-gen DSG right....

Since you don't like DSG, go for the 6-speed manual. You can't go wrong with 420hpish V8 with a 6-speed manual.
