The first thing I would check would be to verify that 5/11 and 11/12 provide a sound signal. Connect a speaker to 5/6 and then 10/11 to check it out. If it works then are you sure your subamp turns on? If your subwoofer is connected to it you should hear a 'woomf' when the subamp turns on.
