I am thrilled to say that I will be visiting NY in April! It is a gift that I am presenting to my daughter for her 18th birthday and for her graduation.

My request is for the savvy New Yorkers to provide me with some guidance in terms of accomodation, sites, theater, etc.

My daughter is keenly into acting and in fact she will be auditioning in NY for acceptance into Guildhall a fine arts university in London, England.

So if any of you can recommend very nice and reasonably priced accomodation, restaurants, etc. - likely accesible to the theatre district and interesting tourist site, it will be kindly appreciated.
