The wheels and tires are nothing, you can get them from the dealer.

IIRC the biggest issue is a rollbar suspension wise. (Does that count? Or is that another category?)

Also the interior is slightly different with another steering wheel.

That is all I remember, personally we didn't get it because I hate the three spoke steering wheel, however I wish I had gotten it because the handling of this X5 sucks nuts.
