Actually - I merely "cashed out" of my condo and am now renting a very small home in Venice until prices get back to a reasonable level.
Gotta love the freaks at Venice Beach, but the area has gotten a hell of a lot nicer since I was a kid (during the Z-boy times and Dog Town). I love being a half mile from the beach....
