Will - I suspect that the TCU (aka the ULF) in your 2004 will not support Bluetooth. The reason it is there is to provide Assist to the vehicle (hence the antenna connections). You can replace that TCU with a 2005 unit (you'll also need to have the vehicle recoded) to get BT and Assist.
