I checked my 2001 X5 and the front windows had like 75% and the rear windows were about 45%. It does not seem like it but... the front windows do have a light amount of tint.

The front windows are something to think about when adding more tint. If you were to add the legal limit... in VA 50%.. Plus the 25% already blocked.... You will actually have 25%.

I will check the tint reading on my new 2007 Wednesday and let you know.
